This hotel-restaurant, with its modern comfort and exceptional view, also charms by its cuisine. The menu is tempting, from the slate menu which varies according to the arrivals to the sumptuous discovery menu where you let yourself be carried away by the chef's choice. The lobsters come directly from the house's open sea fish tank, it couldn't be fresher! Seafood (langoustines, crabs, oysters, winkles...). The recipes are iodized but meat lovers will not be disappointed either with superb entrecote steaks and beef steaks. And all these specialities can be fully appreciated in the elegant and cosy atmosphere of the panoramic room with its superb sea view or in the other room, nicely named Pearl of the Ocean, ideal for group meals.
