On the new side, gym'in express ', gym and card system at an affordable price, as well as an infrared sauna. A few curves too, the stress to be evacuated, a form to be maintained, Michel Goarant, the maintainer, knows how to listen and advise the newcomer on the appropriate services and activities. Step, cardio-training, swimming - master swimmer and swimming school - martial arts, self defence, combat techniques… After all these efforts, a spa or whirlpool meeting is required before drinking and eating - at noon - at Bruchetta's coffee.
