In the heart of the charming pedestrian streets of the city centre, the Quimper cutlery industry is easily distinguished from the surrounding shops with its facade full of relief. The knives, sparkling like diamonds are lined on the walls of the shop, and the window abounds of Laguioles of different shapes, but also local speciality: the Corentin; exclusive of this store, is recognisable by its forged blade, marked by flowers of the cutlery industry. Each knife comes with its history in the form of a letter.
