Je viens de recevoir mon dictionnaire electronique du scrabble ce n'est pas un FRANKLIN comme indiqué sur la facture mais un LEXIBOOK fabriqué en Chine, ce qui ne me gènerait pas si celui-ci fonctionnait mais à tout moment il me réclame de nouvelles piles que je change, produit reçu le 22 septembre soit moins d'un mois de plus je ne peux contacter cette société. Produit beaucoup plus cher que celui que je devais recevoir

Je viens de recevoir mon colis. ERREUR de dimensions des articles. Numéro taxé pour un sav .... Je vais commencer mon parcours de combattant pour avoir le N° de l'autorisation de retour. En plus les frais de retour sont pour moi alors que ce sont eux qui ont fait l'erreur. SUPER.... A FUIR VIVEMENT. Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fait. Un attrape c.....

I have just received an art. but it is not the good! I try to contact them but am obliged to go through a surtaxed call! which is not legal for customer service. For the moment it one 0 is pointed! I await their call on my mobile… in order to be able to take an exchange. A large BOF for this company.
