Address in Quimper offering dishes on demand with the fish of the day, French meats, home fries
In this very beautiful address opened in 2015, mineral materials dominate. Exposed stones, parquet flooring, and copper (copper in English) that makes up the bar and ceiling lamps offer a soothing decor to enjoy a quality cuisine based on fresh produce. The modern design of the place blends perfectly with the beautiful photos of pieces by the embroiderer Pascal Jaouen (for the J!), father of Katell, the owner. On the plate, you can choose the fish of the day, which arrives directly from the port of Loctudy or French meats, perfectly served with homemade chips or melt-in-the-mouth potatoes. The desserts are made to perfection, just like the minute chocolate fondant, hot and flowing as you wish. Nothing to say, except maybe you have to allow a little time for lunch, to enjoy the place and the dishes prepared on demand.
