Cider bar in Quimper where you can taste farm ciders or artisanal ciders with a different taste, homemade dishes in restaurants.

The idea of the Sistrot is the concept of the theme bar that both brothers, Erwan and Ronan, reported on their journey. For the small story, "Sabot" means cider in Breton, adding a condensed bistrot, which gives Sistrot. As you will have understood, this is a cigar bar! An original idea and perfectly adapted to the place since we are in Brittany… The brothers will make you discover about fifty farmers or craftsmen, all with a different taste, as in wine. They added two cigars from Quebec. Not counting the cocktail menu with or without alcohol. In the restaurant, the Sistrot offers homemade dishes such as crackers, cauliflower and chestnuts, coconut milk velocity, buckwheat and shells, socket-like socket-like cake and girolles, sparkling chocolate cream or cheeses. Esecake squash and brown! Many originality you see, with seasonal products of course… Alternatively, there are the tasting plates and sunlight on Sunday. A Sistrot to discover absolutely!
