Brewery in Quimper where local products, fish and seafood are the order of the day with freshness.

The brasserie is located in a historical building of the city on the quays and has nothing to envy by its decoration to the most prestigious addresses. Considered as one of the best restaurants in the area, it puts the spotlight on fish and seafood. Everything is done so that the local products are highlighted and freshness is the rule. This is why the carpaccio and the mussels are available in several combinations and are accompanied by French fries, the lamb mouse is as melting as one could wish, the foie gras and the sauerkraut of the sea is a delight.

Très joli restaurant et très grand, le personnel y est sympathique et professionnel.
La carte est variée et les plats sont bien présentés, les plats sont très bons.
Le seul bémol c'est qu'il ne fait pas chaud dans le restaurant.

Nous y avons déjeuné hier midi, nous avons plutôt bien mangé. L’ambiance était plutôt agréable. Le point négatif c’est la personne qui prenait les commandes. Un monsieur avec un humour particulier, pas très sympathique non plus et même pas un merci au revoir lorsque nous avons réglé l’addition. Je ne suis pas prête de retourner déjeuner dans cet endroit.
