It is here that Kevin Gourret, former chef at the Goyen in Audierne, has chosen to open this new gastronomic table in Quimper. His inspired cuisine, prepared with fresh and local products, follows the rhythm of the seasons and is part of an eco-responsible approach. Une belle expérience, dommage que le menu déjeuner ne soit pas indiqué sur le site internet, ce qui simplifierai la vie des non carnivores qui pourraient choisir de venir la semaine "poisson".
En conclusion, très bonne première impression.
Nous y avons déjeuné le 20/12 et j'ai déjà réservé pour le 30/12, car curieuse de découvrir un autre menu :)
