Le beau menu de St Valentin de l'année dernière ☺️ Mathieu réalise sa cuisine en constellations dorénavant ???? il va falloir revenir vite découvrir à nouveau ????

Une grande finesse des gouts ,un travail incroyable , tour à tour déstabilisante,percutante, rassurante, c'est du très haut niveau de maîtrise technique. Nous avons pris le menu Nous, travaillé en constellation cette cuisine surprend, déboussole,le chef partage son bonheur et cela se ressent!!
De mémoire une vingtaines d'assiettes .
Un voyage sublime et un service aux petits soins...une future très très grande table.
