Downtown establishment serving refined, local and seasonal cuisine with original vegetarian options

Marion and Thibault's challenge in opening their restaurant was to introduce diners to original, modern bistronomic cuisine. And they've succeeded. The sober, elegant decor creates a pleasant setting. The welcome is warm and the service impeccable. The culinary offerings are beautiful and delicious. The recipes are well researched and the flavour combinations daring: the mouth blossoms from starter to dessert. Refined, local and seasonal cuisine, accessible to all, with highly original vegetarian options. We love it!
