Since March 2023, Le Tiberi has replaced Le Globe on boulevard de Kerguélen, on the quayside. The promise of managers Martin de Los Santos and Manon Kervello, who have both worked in the kitchens of top restaurants, is to offer bistronomic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Martin de Los Santos invites you to discover his delicious bistronomic cuisine. His rich and varied menu features creative, 100% home-cooked dishes based on fresh, seasonal produce. To support the local economy, the team at Tiberi also favors short supply chains. At Tiberi, you can indulge in salmon gravlax with fougasse, fromage frais and pickles, or scallop carpaccio with Chinese cabbage. You can then move on to filet mignon de porc lardé with potatoes, sous-vide-cooked skate wing with roasted vegetables and rice pilaf, or crispy pork belly confit with cider. To cater for all tastes, the restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes such as green lentil velouté with coconut milk and sweet potato gnocchi sautéed in sage butter. To round off your meal, opt for rice with coconut milk and caramelized pineapple or Namelaka with chocolate and passion fruit, accompanied by tahini ice cream.
