CITÉ DU GOÛT ET DES SAVEURS

Since 2012, the Cité du goût et des Saveurs has been running "Les ateliers culinaires", nine workshops organised between January and June, to get started, cook with a chef, taste the dishes prepared and discover new taste pleasures in a friendly atmosphere. This year again, it is possible to register for these cooking courses, which illustrate the variety of approaches and craftsmanship of the food industry. The chefs who participate in these workshops are committed to raising awareness of good food practices by rehabilitating the homemade culture and enhancing the taste value through quality products. These workshops are also a great way to discover that healthy eating can go hand in hand with culture and culinary tradition.
