OUR LADY OF LOCMARIA CHURCH
Romanesque church located on the banks of the Odet, one of the oldest Romanesque monuments of Finistère in Quimper.
Dating from the 12th century, this Romanesque church on the banks of the Odet is one of the oldest Romanesque monuments in Finistère. After several modifications, it was classified as a Historic Monument in 1862. If its nave (the oldest part of the church) dates from the 11th century, the cloister is from the 17th century. Inside you will find, among other things, a romantic organ and the 19th century tiled Way of the Cross, which is also a listed historical monument. From time to time, concerts are organized in its walls.
