Which Quimpérois does not know the elegant figure of this building with clean lines, undoubtedly the most original of the town and for some, the most beautiful? Located on the corner of the Kerguelen City and the eponymous Boulevard, the building, built in 1933 by the architect Olivier Mordrelle for the photographer's son Joseph Villard, does not go unnoticed. Considered the most accomplished work by the architect, the building called "Ty Kodak" is listed as a historic Monument since 1983. It houses today some signs with their shop on the boulevard as well as the team of the Telegram.
