Open since the beginning of June 2018, the Ardoise Bistrot bases its concept on a slate menu, which changes every week or according to the market. The chef proposes a cuisine based on local products with a contemporary touch. We give you a small glimpse of what you will be able to taste at the Ardoise Bistrot: the ceviche of salmon-passion, avocado and potato mousse . You can sit at the table d'hôtes set up at the entrance of the restaurant (it is a large slab of raw slate, the last one in Brittany!), in the room or on the terrace.
