In the immediate vicinity of the Saint-Michel church in the upper town, the yellow front of the Ty Billig creperie is an eye-catcher and it is a good thing, because the address is worth remembering. In a room with an antique style decoration, the crepe maker makes his preparations, pancakes, with a varied garnish but also tagliatelle of black wheat crêpes with andouille de Bretagne, tagliatelle of fresh goat black wheat crêpes and seaweed tartars, or in a mushroom-leaf-cider version.
