In this innovative restaurant with its approach to gastronomy, managed by an associative structure, the emphasis is placed on the desire to reconcile taste, food and health and experimental micro-agriculture. The objective? To eat good and healthy food, for a very reasonable price. So many reasons to visit this restaurant opened in early 2019 and installed near the Place Saint-Michel. Nous y sommes allez plusieurs fois, 2 entrés, 2 plats, 2 desserts changeant toutes les semaines. A chaque fois, un voyage gustatif avec toujours un vrai plat végétarien, fin et rempli de saveurs
