Sushi lovers have been delighted since Brice Tanguy and his partner Adeline Péron set up shop at the bottom of rue Thiers. This young chef learned from a Japanese sushi master how to cut the fish according to a ritual technique, season the rice and make these ready-to-eat "bites". The fresh fish is sourced locally. To eat in or take away, his recipes are inspired by the best of Japanese and European cuisine. Something for every taste and appetite!
