Restaurant réservé sur les conseils des avis et de notre hôtelier. Très belle carte aussi réduite que qualitative. Du sorbet à la salicorne, incroyable ! Le cochon et le bar sont accompagnés par des légumes de saison cuits à la perfection. Le saint-nectaire laitier ponctue à merveille le repas pour ceux qui désirent rester sur une note salée. La déco faire maison est intéressante à décrypter (cf. la lampe tambour/casier à couverts). Jolie carte des vins réduite mais pour tous les goûts et budgets, sans lésiner sur la qualité.
