This baker collects awards: First prize for the best croissant in Brittany in 2016 and 3rd in 2017, First prize for the galette du Finistère and 2nd for the baguette in 2018, Talents gourmants 2018 for his first participation, and that's justice! It is absolutely necessary to taste its specialities: the pie of the Margeride lands, and the Kristoc'h, a bread with hazelnuts, honey and caramel simply delicious. In addition, the bakery offers a fairly wide range of salads, with a wide variety of sandwiches and pizzas or focaccias. The bakery also suggests a range of local breads, made with organic or selected flours. And everything is homemade!
