If Paul Poulaillon's first bakery dates back to 1973, his know-how goes back much further… this know-how is not like others: It is a delicious blend of love, passion, imagination, taste for the party and the work well done. Since then, the inventor of the famous Moricette, often copied, but never incomparable, always delight your taste buds! His secret? Constantly invent, develop new ideas, adapt to your desires. It is thanks to your trust that the Maison Poulaillon has built a solid and beautiful reputation that ensures that the balance between know-how and know-how is respected. In 1982, the first point of sale was in the centre of Mulhouse. Since then, in addition to the bakery and snacking, Paul Poulaillon has developed a high-quality catering service and now offers on-site dining at most of his shops. Whether it's for aperitifs or more @ cocktails, whether for a lunch break or a business reception, Paul Poulaillon offers an offer adaptable to your desires, needs and budget. Today, the House has over 22 stores at your service and a website.

Un bon bretzel
Je suis allée dans cette enseigne pour acheter un sandwich à manger sur le pouce et j'ai également craqué pour un bretzel, spécialité typique de Strasbourg. Je me suis régalée !
