Can you smell the wood fire? That's Nathan's pizzas simmering. This pizza maker, whom you can call Nathano, specializes in Neapolitan pizzas. These pizzas, originally from Naples, are baked in a wood-fired oven at a temperature of around 485°C. A rapid cooking process (60 to 90 seconds) guarantees a crispy dough, slightly burnt in places, but always soft in the mouth. Around fifteen pizzas are available all year round, topped with local and Italian products. A change of scenery in the heart of Riec-sur-Belon.
