Opened in 2023 by Jean-Baptiste, his fine cuisine revisits the recipes of his great-grandmother, the first woman to be awarded 2 stars, to whom he pays tribute here. Mélanie cooked lobster and oatmeal, two specialties that you'll find on the menu. There's a family spirit in the kitchen, of course, but also in the decor, enriched by small details such as crockery made from fragments of shells and paintings by his mother. Or when cooking creates a link between generations.
