Guided tours of the town of Saint-Renan by appointment are organized by the Musée du Ponant team.
Opened in 1981, it is housed in an 18th-century manor house. The museum offers a glimpse of local life in bygone days, with its café, grocery store, markets, local costumes, old trades, a typical Léon interior, a recreation of a classroom, an exhibition on COMIREN (Compagnie Minière de Saint-Renan), which made Saint-Renan the European tin capital, and finally, religion. Guides are available for tours of the museum and the town of Saint-Renan.
