Valentin, former employee of the restaurant La Butte, will surprise you, even with traditional recipes. Snacks are also organized on Wednesdays and Saturdays, it is at will but reservation is advised to taste Anne's cakes. Finally, you can find high quality chocolates in the store at the entrance. You will be able to taste the Ouro Verde which is not only one of their chocolates but also the name of their farm located in Brazil, where their own cocoa is produced.
