Yves and Grégory's breads are all organic, and can be found at organic markets and cooperatives to promote short distribution circuits! They offer a wide range of breads, including specialties such as pain des barricades, or the more original curcuma-goat-nut for your aperitifs! New breads, brioches and focaccias are added every month, with a soft crumb and unique aromas thanks to hand kneading and long fermentation. Sweet tooths will be delighted with their homemade pastries, macaroons and Breton cakes. You'll find their products direct from the bakery, in local organic specialty stores and at markets.
