OPEN-AIR LEISURE CENTRE
Located behind the campground, this recreational base is an arboretum with 35 varieties of trees including an impressive remarkable oak tree. The latter, which was part of the Kerjégu estate, probably dates back to the time of administratively autonomous Brittany. Among the 35 varieties of this arboretum, the following are noteworthy: Himalayan cedar, ginkgo biloba, Japanese larch, Virginia tulip tree, redwood, eucalyptus or horse chestnut tree... The place is worth a visit. It hosts a number of events of all kinds, but above all every year the 6 hours of Scaër, which is a real celebration of running: "6 hours of running, 12 hours of celebration", the celebration for all, road runners, track and trail runners. This year; it will take place on Sunday 29 June from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm for its 32nd edition.
