LA FERME DE JOSEPHINE
La Ferme de Joséphine is a cheese dairy located in Sizun, Finistère. Owner Joséphine Grou makes a variety of goat's milk cheeses on site, from fresh to dry, plain or flavored. She also offers tomme and fromage blanc. Yogurts, produced on the farm with goat's milk, are available in plain or vanilla versions. Ice creams, made with goat's milk, come in a variety of flavors and packaging. La Ferme de Joséphine also offers meat parcels, from veal raised under the mother's milk to pork fed on whey, as well as local products available to order via their drive. In addition to direct sales at the farm, Joséphine also takes part in local markets in Lesneven, Sizun and Brest.
