Choose from a dozen galettes, such as the Bécherellaise (scrambled organic egg, cheese, bacon, mushrooms) or the Coquille (scallops from Erquy, leek fondue), and as many mouth-watering crêpes, such as the Kyoto (pistachio cream, chocolate sauce).
