Young chef Alexandre Lesser cut his teeth with Anne-Sophie Pic (Valence), among other Michelin-starred restaurants, before taking over the helm of the Au Riesling hotel-restaurant in spring 2023. He will treat you to tasty Alsatian dishes and delicious signature dishes creatively crafted from fresh, mostly local produce. Everything is available à la carte or on a daily menu offering excellent value for money. Top service too!
