Located a 15-minute drive south of Rennes, l'Unik offers "authentic and unik" cuisine in Bruz, using fresh, seasonal produce. An evolving cuisine that exudes color and good humor. On the menu: poke bowl, chorizo-crusted cod with baby vegetables, wok of prawns, fillet of saithe, sweet potato crumble, baby vegetables and beurre blanc... At lunchtime, lunch is shared with colleagues, and in the evening, you can return with friends to enjoy the verdant roof top and sip a cocktail, with or without alcohol.
