This Michelin-starred restaurant offers delicious Japanese flavors thanks to the talent of chef Raphaël Fumio-Kudaka who brings an Asian touch to Cancale. He subtly blends two worlds, that of Japan and that of the Breton lands. On the menu you will discover chawanmushi of duck foie gras with semi-cooked langoustine, spinach and butternut velouté, then strips of semi-cooked lobster with seaweed mustard coulis, scallops and beet vinaigrette accompanied by daikon. Une vraie expérience. À l’arrivée nous avons eu le choix entre l’installation au bar ou tatami ce que nous avons choisi pour vivre l’expérience. Les serveurs sont d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme sans rien à ajouter, avec de très bons conseils notamment pour les sakés!
Sur le plan culinaire, explosion de saveurs et de complexité! Nous avons adorés.
