Museum installed in Cancale organizing a discovery of the history of the city, its old trades and its maritime and agricultural life.
This museum plunges you into the great tradition of Cancale in the past. Installed in the old Saint-Méen church, this associative museum invites you to discover the history of the city, its old trades and its maritime and agricultural life. Models, paintings, furniture, traditional costumes or bisquines are presented. Every year, in July and August, free conferences are organized. You can also admire a real Newfoundland dory, the centerpiece of the collection.

Alle bijschriften die ik las waren in het Frans.
Kinderen gratis.
Ik miste wat tactiele of auditieve belevingen voor groot en klein. Bv. een roer om zelf aan te draaien, door verrekijker kijken of een oesternet mogen opheffen.

Großes Thema waren für uns die hiesigen Austernkulturen, die wir beim ersten Blick über die Klippen bemerkt haben, im Museum wirklich gut erklärt.
Viele ausgefallene Ausstellungsstücke, wie das Kinderbett und sehr gute Schiffsmodelle.
