Excellent restaurant located in a winegrower's house offering a "Assiette Gourmande

This excellent restaurant is located in a winegrower's house and its outbuildings nicely restored. It is decorated with antique objects and paintings by David Grandmaire. The Assiette Gourmande is a must, composed of foie gras, duck breast, smoked salmon, cured ham, presskopf and salad. As for the baked marrow bone au gratin with fleur de sel, it is a must. Chef Joël Stamm also excels in the art of preparing fish matelote with Riesling and seasonal game. Gastronomic theme evenings upon reservation.

Cadre typique de chez nous, magnifique, décors de Noël au top ! service bien sympathique, cuisine impeccable, excellent ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Envie d'y retourner très vite !
