Excellent restaurant located in a winegrower's house offering a "Assiette Gourmande
This excellent restaurant is located in a winegrower's house and its outbuildings nicely restored. It is decorated with antique objects and paintings by David Grandmaire. The Assiette Gourmande is a must, composed of foie gras, duck breast, smoked salmon, cured ham, presskopf and salad. As for the baked marrow bone au gratin with fleur de sel, it is a must. Chef Joël Stamm also excels in the art of preparing fish matelote with Riesling and seasonal game. Gastronomic theme evenings upon reservation.
