Carnivorous friends, you'll love this restaurant! Here, the finest butcher's cuts have pride of place. And when you think of tasting meat, you inevitably think of matured meats. Angus, Normande and Limousine meats are matured for a minimum of 21 days. The choice is yours: onglet, bavette or entrecôte. A range of sauces with smoked pepper and whisky, chipotle or Saint-Marcelin enhance the tasting experience, as do the homemade fries and parmesan potato gratin. This is clearly an epicurean address!
