A luxury hotel in an old mill near Rennes with a breathtaking view and a good restaurant.
Nestled in an old mill, Le Germinal has character and nothing can take it away. Its terrace overlooks the Vilaine in a bucolic atmosphere. For the record, the old mill of Duchess Anne was bought by the Goualin family in 1930 and transformed into a hotel-restaurant in 1974. Today, it is Aude Goualin who runs this renowned restaurant. It serves a refined cuisine like this veal fondant, tarragon and apricot ketchup. Think of specifying if you wish a table on the very appreciated terrace.

Le cadre est idyllique avec la terrasse sur la Vilaine.
Les plats sont très recherchés et très goutus. Je conseille aux gourmands la tuile caramel / chocolat et le foie gras.
La carte des vins est géniale et le service au top avec du pep's et le sourire.
Bref un super moment à refaire très vite.
