Nestled in an old mill, Le Germinal has character and nothing can take it away. Its terrace overlooks the Vilaine in a bucolic atmosphere. For the record, the old mill of Duchess Anne was bought by the Goualin family in 1930 and transformed into a hotel-restaurant in 1974. Today, it is Aude Goualin who runs this renowned restaurant. It serves a refined cuisine like this veal fondant, tarragon and apricot ketchup. Think of specifying if you wish a table on the very appreciated terrace.
