Close to the Vilaine river, there's nothing better than settling down on the Zest terrace to enjoy a menu bursting with exotic notes! Inside, the Cuban music, taupe tones and niches dotted with small objects make you want to travel. The à la carte menu features the fusio-bistronomic cuisine of chef Grégory Hamon. We salivate over sea bass ceviche, monkfish confit, espuma with Breton karigoss and garlic confit, Paimpol coconut with piquillos and roasted autumn vegetables, and pavlova meringue with green fruit. All delicious!

La salle du fond peut être bruyante quand il y a un groupe, c'est mieux d'être dans la première salle mais rarement le choix devant le succès grandissant. C'est souvent complet.
Pour finir, l'équipe est vraiment très accueillante. On passe un très bon moment !
