CUEILLETTE
An establishment offering a range of dishes made with products carefully selected by chef Armand Demouy and his partner.
With its soft, almond-green façade, Cueillette hints at an equally gentle bistronomic interlude. The spaces are well laid out, whether you're in the room with the fireplace or the one flooded with light. At the table, the butter delicately spiced with chillies from the kitchen garden is indicative of the authenticity of the restaurant, which, as its name suggests, blends finely selected local produce with the pickings of chef Armand Demouy and his partner Fany. This autumn, we enjoyed the delicate combinations of maigre with turnip and yuzu, and the interesting combo of pear, ribot milk and almond. It's beautiful, it's good, with an accessible lunch and more elaborate proposals in the evening.
