AUBERGE DES TILLEULS
Inn with terrace offering traditional homemade cuisine and meats.
Away from the beaten track, the Auberge des Tilleuls, which once housed the village's old school, offers traditional homemade cuisine in a relaxing and cosy setting. Chef Jérôme Foligné puts the finishing touch to preparing all his sauces and working exclusively with meat of French origin. If the dishes evolve with the seasons, the sweetbread, the house's specialty, remains a must. The lunch formula is cheap. The menu offers beautiful taste discoveries: smoked salmon tartar with salicornia, snail tartlet with dandelion, rack of lamb in gingerbread crust.... The hostel is one of the best addresses in the region. The reception is professional and we appreciate the amenities: parking, small reception room, changing rooms, 4 modular rooms... An address to enjoy the softness of the countryside with a very pleasant terrace.
