Après un achat de matelas à 749€ son coutil faisait des plis énormes, un premier échange qui a connu le même problème, un second échange accordé par Dimitri a règlé le problème. Tout est arrangé. Dommage qu'il y ait eu ce problème d'autant qu'à Montgermont où nous avions fait l'achat, le probmème était plus difficile à règler. En tout cas le SAV fonctionne très bien.
