A compressé of crab with scallops marinated in yuzu will melt your heart, as will their roasted Saint-Pierre with asparagus tips and sparkling butter. We also loved their pigeon and warm foie gras with reduced jus. Lovers of finesse and tasty dishes have found their address. Not to be missed.
