The museum is housed in the heart of the Moulin de la Saline, and is spread over three floors. It showcases the town's rich heritage, culture and tourist attractions, with open buffets, scent terminals, films and a variety of recipes. Local produce (Bouchot mussels, Cherrueix garlic, Dol red mullet apples, etc.) is available as starters, main courses and desserts. The boutique sells caramels, cookies, jams, crackers, rillettes and ciders.

Nous avons voulu revenir acheter un produit. Hélas, maison fermée les lundis et mardis en pleine saison !!!!! Nous ne sommes pas les seules puisque nous avons croisé un couple de luxembourgeois qui se sont cassés le nez également. Pas facile de dépenser son argent en période post Covid !! Vivement que les gens du sud envahissent le dpt 35 et viennent travailler toute la saison !!!!!
