In 1888, Annette Poulard opened her inn at Mont Saint-Michel. There she created the tasty biscuits that would make the success of the biscuit factory of the same name. A few kilometres away, this factory shop welcomes you near the manufacturing workshops. The gourmands (re) will discover the famous biscuits but also many local products: foie gras and terrines, seafood, apple juice, ciders and calvados ... sold 30% cheaper than in a classic shop.
