In this new-generation oyster bar, there is a charming counter offering fresh products from the day's catch. Let yourself be tempted by the choice of oysters from Cancale, Fréhel or Ireland, stuffed prairies, smoked pollack, marinated shrimp, salmon rillettes or scallops. Everything is cooked on site and served with organic bread and butter. The selection of Loire wines is of high quality. Not to be missed!
