Ombelle can be reserved and enjoyed. This restaurant magnifies local produce thanks to Ludivine La Rosa in the dining room and Alexandre Frin in the kitchen. The duo enjoy gleaning wild plants, cooking flowers and vegetables from their grandfather's kitchen garden. Here, healthy eating is a pleasure: finesse, flavors and inventiveness illuminate the dishes. The short menu changes with the seasons and local produce. On the main course, we savored Sven's goat's cheese ravioli with garden sage, accompanied by market garden vegetables and a mushroom broth. Divine!
