This beautifully decorated, modern restaurant is a fine address. It offers a fine bistronomic cuisine recognized by connoisseurs as a showcase of gourmet delights, with dishes such as monkfish crisp, oyster mushrooms and Fregola Sarda with Kari gosse emulsion, or even a Breton pigeon in two ways, roasted on the trunk and leg confit, romanesco and butternut mousseline. À 6 sur une table de 140x50 a largeur d'une table bistrot! Arrivés à 8h15, Plus d' 1h30 pour l'apéritif et l'entrée service en 2 tempspour 4 entréecar 2 convives n'enont pas commandé... on attend toujours la suite. Le serveur fait la vaisselle...avant de desservir Je sais pas trop si on arrivera à avoir la suite, les homards viennent juste de nous être présentés en salle... bref à déconseiller si vous êtes pressés. Revoir la notion de bouchon... des plats indisponibles

Un excellent dîner dans cet établissement très agréable. Il faut être patient pour avoir les plats mais ce n'est qu'un détail car la qualité est vraiment la. Il vaut mieux prendre le temps et bien faire que l'inverse. Belle présentation, originalité, saveurs tout y est! Merci!
