Situé dans le joli petit village de Dieffenbach-au-Val ce restaurant est une réelle surprise. Petit parking qui contraste avec le nombre de clients. Accueil très sympathique, ambiance jeune ce qui est très agréable, carte des vins bien fournie et une super découverte : la fondue de dinde cuite dans un bouillon aromatisé. Rançon de la gloire si j'ose dire, il sera presque impossible de diner sans réservation. Il s'agit donc d'un établissement à fréquenter sans modération d'autant plus que les tarifs pratiqués sont très très très corrects.
