You will find, à la carte and in slate, specialities of black wheat patties such as paimpolaise composed of noix nuts and crumbled leeks with a reduction to crémé cider, the mountain with tomme of Gévezé, bacon, potatoes or even La Cidrière with chicken prune, cider sauce, small vegetables and her salad mesclun. Sweet side, the pancakes are not left with the teddy Bears, hazelnuts pralines and almonds. Cidrière also offers grilled meats and fish, salads, ice cuts and homemade desserts.
