Virginie and Fergal invite you to discover their cuisine made from local products, combining Breton produce and flavours from across the Channel. Scallops on risotto with cider sauce, sea bass fillet on a potato and leek crush with a saffron sauce from the Bécherel region or vanilla-glazed profiteroles with a Tanzanian dark chocolate sauce are just a few of the dishes on the menu, which changes with the seasons.
